Hi,
I am looking for some ideas for a book I am starting all related to pregnancy. After already giving birth twice I have experienced some of the most common symptoms and after effects as a result of being pregnant and couldn't find sufficient information to tackle these problems. This led me to want to write my own book in a bid to help all people thinking of starting a family and women who are already pregnant together with tip and tricks for people is the post natal phase.
I am giving you all the opportunity to add your own ideas, tip and tricks or questions you would love to see answered by replying to this post: Please feel free to give me your thoughts on this one.
regards
Diloris.
What would you like to know?
Lovely idea.
A tip I have told many friends and family members after they have given birth and just before they have birth is take all the help you can for the first few weeks and when you feel ready to adventure out of the house make sure you have 2 changers of clothing in oyur changing bag and always re-stock the bag after every trip out.
I only give thi stip as I would hate any mum especialy first-time mums to be cpourt out the way I did with my RB. I forgot to put new cream and wipes in my bag and went out with-out a chnage of clothing for the first time and he pucked everywhere and I had to buy him a new outfit. Thankfullyit was summer so he was OK just in a nappy and vest for a short time but I felt so stupid and embarrassed.
Once I think of anything else I will add them. Hope the book goes well and it takes off brilliantly

Hi Milkymum,
yes indeed, I have also learned from making my mistakes. Just going to do some shopping with the kids is a huge operation and made even bigger when I have to refill my bags. Every time I came home i would either forget or not make the time to refill my travel bags ready for the next trip with the kids.
Great Tip!!
Thank you
