hey guys this topic is more about myself than anything this is gonna sound pretty daft but

wendy now into her 7th month and i dont know why but since shes feel into her 6th and 7th month ive been having trouble sleeping for example one morning i fell asleep at 7:45am then woke back up at 8:05am and couldnt get back to sleep but im also having bad nightmare's and sometimes find myself waking up cold and even crying some nights is it just me or am i going nuts :S

but the weird thing is when wendy's sleeping with me and im cuddling into her i fall asleep with wendy at about 9pm and sleep like a baby all night this is driving me nuts i know it sounds daft but i dunno what to look for at the moment Sad Face

Sounds maybe you are having anxiety about the forthcoming new arrival. I think it's common, but any worrys go and see your GP and see if they can help you out.

this is the thing i find weird though is its the one thing ive always wanted to do is be a daddy my nightmare's are more involving wendy or the baby not making that's why i think i sleep better when wendys here cause i feel like im keeping her safe Confused does that sound daft ? Sad Face

Shortly after I fell pregnant with my daughter, my husband had a nightmare and woke crying. All I could get out of him was that I had died.

It sounds like it isn't unusual, maybe just a way for your brain to play out it's anxieties. I know I had bad dreams while pregnant, I don't see why a man won't have them either Smile

Yes right this seems to be a normal anxious feeling to a first time parent,so please be calm and composed just remember you are doing every thing right so there is no need to worry unnecessarily.
