New bedtime routine

I have started a new bedtime routine with Joseph and he loves it.

He now goes up to the toilet and then to bed at 7pm and he is allowed to read for 30minutes before going back to the toilet. He thinks it is great and is really enjoying reading in bed. And for me it is a way to stop lifting him before I go to bed. So far so good

Way to go!I have always seen some kind of discipline or routine always comforts the kids or rather beneficial for parents.Once kid starts getting used to it gradually it becomes a habit and every thing falls into place.

It's really important that children have routine....and also we parents need to introduce/ change the routine as time goes by...
