Top tip for sleeping with a bump.
- Put ironing board on lowest setting
- Place it next to the bed
- Sit on the bed and lean on the ironing board
- Fall asleep
ave no had any problems getting into bed to be honest. but although i did find it hard during the night to get out to go for a pee.
find it quite easy to sleep on my sides but like ave said in a few previous post am a big lass so sleeping with a belly on me (before pregnancy) aint to bad...
this happened last time and its started again...
im usually a side sleeper but since gettin pg i can only got comfy on my belly with one leg slightly raising me up... not good!
I used a body pillow from 5 months which helped a bit but I still would wake up several times a night with aching hip!
I like to sleep on my tum when not pregnant but as I had another section with Jessica (9 days old today!) I feel a bit worried about messing up the internal recovery
