Baby H may finally have a name!

Hello all,

Well after some seriously long deliberation and lets face it some plain arguing, my dear other half has decided that the name I loved initially is actually the name he wants for our little boy. After all the negative comments and how he could never have a son with this name, we are practically certain that our baby boy is going to be called.....Charlie David Hutchings!

What does everyone think. I am sticking with here for now as I don't want all our friends and family to know just yet coz lets face it, one of us will prob change our minds again, but for now baby H is going to be Charlie.

Personally if I liked Charlie, I would name the baby Charles, as when he is older he may prefer Charles as Charlie sounds rather little boyish, but that is just me.

It's your baby and up to you, there will always be someone who does not like what you decide!

I like it but I agree that if it were me I would name him Charles and then call him Charlie. Just to give him more options, and just in case the saying "proper Charlie" becomes popular in culture again as someone who is a numpty. He can then start using Charles.....

I like it hun, well done for coming to a decision. Boys names are murder my other half and i can't agree on that, girls no bother so lets hope this little one doesnt have a winkie

In saying that with our first after she was born my hubbie was like what do you want to call her seeing how we do all the hard work at least its something ha ha
