Or maybe I should get a 2nd job???

My son seems to be on a constant growth spurt just now

Before out holiday in October I bought him some new clothes

aged 6 trousers
aged 6-7 tops

At Christmas he had to move into 6-7 trousers

Feb 25th he was measured at the hospital- 1m 17.2cm
2 weeks later when I took him for his booster I got the nurse to check his height and weight again (because he isnt putting any on and has loat some so the hospital are keeping an eye on him) anyway he 1m 19.5cm Shocked

I had to buy new tops and trousers yesterday

aged 7-8 in both (although because he is so lanky although the trousers fit for length they are soooo baggy on him)

I just can't keep up with him just now.

His feet are due a growth now (he is currently a 13)

I think all my suggestions to stop him growing are a bit well, illegal.

Where do you get his clothes from? George at Asda are fairly cheap, we used to buy all ladybird clothes, so it is a bit annoying that we can't do that anymore. We have never bought anything new for Jamie apart from socks and pants, everything else is stuff that Mikey has worn at some point.

asda and tesco are my haunts for Joseph's clothes or the next sale Smile

I have to be careful with asda clothes as they don't all come with adjustabel waists (my local tescos only sell children's clothes with the adjustable waists)

adjustable waist bands are the best invention ever!
casey so tall n skinny so i need them and hayden needs trousers in the bigger size to fit round his nappies so he needs adjustable waits 2.

Oh yes another fan of the adjustable waists here Smile

If Joseph's growing so quickly, that could be the reason for him losing weight! My two seem to get a little chubbier then suddenly shoot up and look skinny again!

i still have problems getting tops that fit my arms, I find a lot too short

I have this problem with Summer's trousers. She is lovely and slim so tops last her a long time, but her trousers very quickly become ankle bashers. I got her 3 pairs at Christmas that were 6-7 years (she's 5) and they are all too short for her now!! But she has to have the adjustable waist or elasticated ones because her waist is more like a 4 year old!
I don't have this problem YET with Denis, as his legs don't seem as long in proportion to his overall size/shape.
