Hi my baby is 11 wks still being sick after almost each feed. When I am finding him he so greedy he drinks his milk so fast then afterwards winding is long. He will burp loud after you put him on you shoulder and sometime when I rub his back he pukes up. I sit him down for ages then decide to put him sitting up and then eventually put him down he is still sick. Winding is also a nightmare for me but sure if it is relux or winding. I think the infacol is not working but gripe water seems to help a bit because he seem to bring up a lot of burps. The he sometimes still sick. I changed the milk so many time but didn't make a different so decided to go back on to the milk I was using and he seems better. Then started being sick. Then say its normal for a baby to bring up a little but he sometimes just throws up all the time. I need some advice pleaseeeeeeeee

hiya i had the same problem with my little girl and i couldn't do anything she was projecting across the room. the only thing i can suggest is the doctors they may be able to prescribe something to settle your boys belly. the only thing i ever used was gripe water because used to hit her stomach and come straight back up. but doctors may be able to provide you with a gaviscon or something it may be he has very deep wind if hes bad at bringing up wind my little was terrible. i hope this is helped you a bit sorry i can't be more help. Very happy

Hi there, has your baby been tested for reflux?? I dont know much about it but one of the little girls I mind had it and she was sick quite a lot after feeds. Get your HV/GP to do checks to find out if this is the cause. I will try to do a websearch and see what I can find for you.

Have you tried Infacol? You can get it over the counter or in most supermarkets or on prescription. Better than anything else on the market.

Yeah I ha

I have gripe water too thats better but baby is still sick. Spoke to some woman that visits me from the health clinic. She told me its not affecting his weight theres no need to worry.
So I went to clinic to get him weighed and the health visitor just asked hows he being sick. When I told her she said it dont sound like reflux. He put on weight. Last weight was 8lb 15oz and now he weighs 10lb 20oz. So him being sick is not affecting his weight at all.
It also could be that i am feeding him too much. i think I am feeding less though. he's only 12wks started giving him 5oz but gone back to 4.
Thankyou all for advice will keep you posted

Keeley didnt keep any of her milk down when i put her on to formula. Eventually i took her to the doctors and he prescibed gaviscon powder to put in her feeds. This wasnt enough so we tried soya milk, all different ytypes of formula for reflux. After weeks of trying, we were rescbed a formula called Enfamil A.R and this with 2 sachets of Gaviscon powder enabled her to keep all her milk down and she was never sick from then on.

My best advise is go to the drs and if it doesnt work, keep going back until you find the one thats best for your baby.
