overdose on iron?
caseys got back into eating rusks, shes having 5-6 with milk on a morning. but i read the box this mornin and it says each rusk contains 20% of childs RDA of iron. so that means shes gettin all her daily iron plus some on a morning and then more through the day.

im just not sure if you can have too much, i know you need iron espesh when your older and but does she need so much now, should i be changin her breakfast? its just all she wants at the mo is rusks or toast. i dont like her havin toast every day as she normally has a sandwich for lunch.

Yes you can overdose on Iron, it can cause blood clots as it is the bodies main source of creating clotting agents in the blood. Cows milk depletes iron though, so you could increase her milk supply and get her iron count measured at the docs.
