How the times change

as we get older

Tonight I found myself waiting in the car (very cold and it was snowing) outside a local establishment for my mother who had been to a concert!!!!



And not the concert of joe blogs no but of Sandi Thom!!!!!!

It was too cold sitting in the car that I had to go and find her!lol

She says it was very good

I should add, she was up here to launch the homecoming year locally, she is originally from the next town so the First minister thought who better to do the launch in his own area than a famous young local girl

She has got a beautiful voice! I think I may have seen her perform last night on The Tonight Show (a late night talk show here)....

Funny how the roles reverse isn't it?!
