the start and the end had me hiding behind my hands

After I'd watched it (and then watched it again) I was like come on then, more more!! One episode didn't seem enough. I just really hope they don't do any more mucking about between Derek and Meredith coz it's at that point now where they just HAVE to get it together or forget the whole thing. All good though
