Personally speaking I am now suffering heart burn which is making me feel sick in the evenings and the only way to stop it seems to be just going to sleep
Baby boom going on around me
I seem to be 'spreading' my baby dust around and I'm really excited as I thought I was going to be on my own with this baby. My friends have either had children and are now stopping there OR are yet to have kids way off in the future BUT things are changing
One of my friends has had her date to start her fertility treatment in february and I'm so happy for her
Another of my friends who was like me and adament she was stopping at 2 has now like me changed her mind and had her coil removed to start 'trying'. Then today I have found out two people are pregnant, 1 of which wasn't planned and is the person's 3rd but despite the shock she is of course keeping the baby; and another friend of mine who has a little boy of 2 and has never gone back on contraception since having him but didn't seem to be getting pregnant again had 3 positive results last night. So YAY there will be a lovely big group of babies around again for my new one to play with.

I've only been over the sick feeling for about 3/4 weeks-grrr! What next? No don't answer that, I'd rather just deal with things as they happen!! Also feeling little baby movements, no big kicks of course but little twitches in there which has made me feel abit more excited about the pregnancy now it's becoming more of a 'baby' rather than just a foetus!

You keep some of that baby dust under wraps
Seriously though, great that you have such excitement around you too

Aww, that is fab news hun, it can be quite lonely if you are the only one around you adding new members to their families. So nice you will have friends around you in the same boat hun!
As Krista said though, i would appreciate you breathing in the opposite direction to me for a bit!
lol
Perhaps we should move you over to the TTC forum for a bit so you can spread some more dust. I know it will be appreciated there! lol Xx

I'm feeling a mix of emotions. For myself I am happy as I've been to the midwife today and heard baby's heartbeat. Also discussed the possibility of a homebirth; although it's just a thought at the minute and Steve is really not keen as he's worried about it. Plus my normal midwife wasn't there today which was good as I don't like her, so I got to talk to someone much more enthusiastic and with better 'bed side manner'.
BUT sad news and I feel like crying is one of my friends is on her way to hospital probably miacarrying! I was walking my dogg past her mums earlier and she came running out crying that she was bleeding. She said it was stringy discharge like blood so I said to her it may be implantation and to ring NHS direct for advice. I text her just now and she said she is properly bleeding now and going to hospital to get an answer about what's happening. She'd just found out after trying for ages and had just told her son about it. Now looks like it's gone again

Aww hun, such sad news about your friend, i almost had the same thing today with my friend. She is pregnant with twins (23weeks) but has been having a few pains and today started leaking fluid? She went to hospital and was kept in day assessment for a while but all ws fine with the babies, they think the fluid was urine and think she may have a water infection? I really hope your friend is ok hun, let us know how she got on Xx
Great advice from Elaine too, i never heard that remedy, will have to pass it on to my pregnant friends! Xx
