It just depends what kind you want. They all have their good buys.

I bought my mamas and papas 3 in1 from John Lewis and then my stroller from Mothercare

I agree with Alex hun, it depends on what you are looking for and what deals are on at the time you shop. If you are looking now i know Mothercare have a lot of sale offers on pushchairs/prams etc. Maybe try and have a look and see if you have any small independant stores near you for baby things aswell. Although they are usually marked up more to start with they are normally quite open to dropping the price as they have to compete with the bigger companies and you can quite often get a bargain. Especially if you tell them you are going to be buying most of your baby essentials from them! Or research in the shops what you like and order online from somewhere like kiddicare. It is quite often cheaper that way too as they have cheap deals. Xx

I can only go by the ones I've used myself. My Travel System was made by Graco and came from Mothercare. I used it for both my two and it is still in great condition so was definately worth the money (one of the cheaper ones too! Very happy )

As for strollers, I've been through several with the kids what with lots of use, piling too much shopping on the handles etc. The Mothercare ones (around £35) were ok, although I found that as the kids got abit bigger the material started to split at the sides where it fitted around the frame. I had an Argos one which was £30 and the worst thing I ever bought! It was barely even pushable it was so crap and Argos would not refund because it had been used, but I had to use it to find out how crap it was Suspect I ended up buying one second hand from a bootsale which I still use now and it's the best stroller I've had. It's by Fisher Price and it pushes beautifully and concidering it was second hand it is like new, no wear atall.

I know McClarens are good as I borrowed my friend's a couple of times and they seem to last.

Mothercares own brand of travel system the Atlan, Mothercare Atlan Travel System are superb value for money. I had been through two other pushchairs/travel systems before I bought my bought my Atlan. It is by far the most comfortable to push and easiest pushchair to fold that I have come across.

It's so good I have decided to hang onto it in case we decide to have another baby.

Our pushchair we have for crystal (the travel system) was a mothercare's own brand and has done Crystal plus 3 kids before as it was given to me, but i want to replace it now as i want something new haha, also needs to be easy to move as we live in a first floor flat with no lift and no where to store it down stairs, we been looking at the stoller travel systems as well.
mum2popsnjak- looked on kiddicare they have some great deals on there so going to keep our eye on there while we get the money together, it looks like a great site, cheers

Yeah i have used Kiddicare before, has great bargains! Plus I have just noticed Mothercare have £70 off the Silver Cross 3D Complete Pram at the moment. I had a mothercare Trenton for Lolly and used it for Jake too. It is a great travel system but just a bit bulky. I bought a full set of stuff from Argos which was on offer it had a bouncy chair, travel cot and buggy as well as some other bits. Unfortunately they don't sell it anymore, i got it for £60 in a sale. But the buggy was great. Easy to push and very stable and believe me i piled the shopping on but it never tipped. Although they don't sell the set anymore they still sell the make of pushchair it was a Century (which i ampretty sure is actually made bu Graco) they do one in bright pink! I am also pretty sure that you can get them in Next to so could order one from a catalogue and pay it off monthly if that easier? They only cost around £39 so fairly cheap. They have slightly changed the design since i had mine though so i am assuming they are as good as they used to be? The only problem i found was getting in the basket when the seat was reclined was a problem. But i tended to pile things on the handles instead of using it anyway.

Oops seems they have changed the design of the century buggy to be from 6mths only. Mine was suitable from birth. I have found a century (Graco) travel system on Kiddicare website though. It has 5stars in the review from 2 people and is priced at £79.99! Only prob is it seems to be silver and blue in colour Wink Xx

Lol we aren't fans of pink so as long as things aren't too boy-ish in their colour or design its not so bad lol. just looked on argos but cant see any package deals as good as your one sounded.
Our old travel system was made by graco, they seem to be very popular, i had a chicco stroller before but i wasnt keen on it did try getting rid of that on ebay but it never sold haha

Wal-mart or any other department store. You can try shopping online too.
