wow, that is fantastic hun . I really hope Sophie stays in such a good routine. Sounds like she is doing fab! You must be feeling so much better getting a good chunk of sleep in a row too! I know i couldn't believe it the first time i got an almost full night! You are definitely doing something right for her to be doing so well hun so keep up the good work! Xx
YAY well done Sophie
Hopefully it continues for you hun (keep my fingers crossed). The expressing is a bit of a bugger but as you said at least your other half gets the chance to feed as well. There is nothing worse than waking up drowning in a sea of breast milk .PMSL
My milk supply has dropped a bit now that she's sleeping through. However, I don't have to express at night but she's fine through the day and by 5am when she wakes up, I have rock solid boobs She then normally feeds every 2 - 3 hours throughout the day and I've still been able to express around 3oz so I'm ok at the moment. To be honest, I'm really appreciating the sleep

Sounds like things are going incredibly well around there!!! Way to go Mama and Sophie!!
She's still doing well. Has been sleeping through from 8 weeks until now (14 weeks). She did want a feed at 1.30am this morning but that was because she missed a feed in the evening after we'd been swimming and she just slept through it...bless her
