well i have just got back from the doctors as alisa has been complaining about an earache and her ear has been bleeding quite alot this week so took her up for it to be looked at. They had a look flushed her ear then told me that there is something in her ear
(a foreign object) so when the odctor asked her if she had put anything in her ear she replied "yes, i cleaned it!" so we asked her what with she replied "mummys hair clip" so it now turns out she has a hair slide in her ear which has popped her ear drum so we now have to go and see ENT (ear nose and throat specialists) tomorrow to see if they can get it out, but the doctor recons it will be an operation job.
Now i am really worried that she may need an operation
GREAT arent my kids just full of trouble

oh no. Chances are she will be put to sleep because she wont sit still for them to pull it out. (if they do make sure you have someone with you, watching them go under on your own is horrible)
Oh no hun, you poor thing

I hope they manage to get it out ok, without too much stress for you! Poor Alissa too, it must have been really sore for her. Try not to worry too much hun

Xx
Aw hun
It is more common than you think though, kids putting things in ears etc. I swallowed a 1p when I was about 3/4 I still remember the doctor showing me the x-ray of the coin in my tummy. My one of my brothers shoved lego up his nose too.
The other day my 2 were giggling away and I found George sticking raisins up his nose and then blowing them out
I hope that whatever she has to have done, isn't too distressing for any of you and all goes well

aw bless, fingers crossed for you then, sure it will all be ok and at least now you know that when ever she asks for pretty hair bits when your out shopping, you know your answer already

Aw fingers crossed it will go smoothly for her. Don't kids worry you at times!
When Jas had to go under they only allow one parent with them into the anaesthetic room by the theatre but the the other can wait just down the corridor. It is horrible just seeing them wheeled away so it's certainly good to have someone with you. Keep us all posted. Big cuddles to her
