We just had a small tea party. Mikes mum had unfortunately died a couple of months before Upset and i was very heavily pregnant with Jake. I had around a week until my due date. I know it sounds really bad but a big celebration was a bit too much. Lolly ate enough at the tea party for a baby elephant though, cake, jelly and icecream, pizza, sausage rolls - she stuffed! lol i spent the night wondering of she was going to be sick? hehe

Up until Aaralyn's 5th I always did a small party with close friends and their kids... for her 5th we did a big thing at Chuck E. Cheese and invited her school mates as well!

Same here we dont do big parties either usually family and cookout or something little. I will send cupcakes to school with austin and also with his baseball team.

To be honest I'm trying to put off the big Parties Embarassed

Charlotte and George have only ever had a tea party at the most Embarassed Both families make an extra effort to see them on their birthdays and stay with them a couple of hours. We find it quite difficult to arrange things because both sides of the family work shifts and funny hours so its almost impossible to get everyone round at the same time anyway.

For Charlotte next year we have told her that our holiday at the beginning of March is a bit of her birthday, she's really excited because we got a cheap deal to Center Parcs and she still talks about the last holiday there lol.

George will probably have lots of barbecues for his birthday being a June Baby.

We had a couple of friends round with their children the same age as Jas and had fun foods and, of course, cake with candles. It just gave the kids a bit of time to play together.

Hope you have fun Very happy

I think it was my daughter 2nd birthday when I took her to the childrens museum. We also have a little party with families. Sometimes it's 2 parties.
