TTC!!!:need advice pleaseXX

Hi Im Louise and Im also new to this site!! From wat i hav read on the forums it seems that everyone is so supportive and helpful, so i am quite excited!! we have been TTC for about 5months and like so many of you I feel like Im doing everything right but never getting pregnant!! We have sex most days before and after ovulation, I lie on my back with my legs up after it((HAHA) we use the missionary position cause I heard thats best!!! AAGH wat else can I do!!! Im so disappointed every month Its really getting me down. I also get CM all through my cycle!! This month I had watery mucus during ovulation then dry and now its back to creamy and quite a lot(SORRY TMI)Is this normal??Is it a sign of pregnancy or is it normal HELP!!!ThanksXXX

I'm sorry I can't be much help with the mucus thing as it wasn't something I ever did, but just to say (although I'm sure you've heard it loads already) just to relax and not put making babies infront of your enjoyment of you love making as it causes stress on both sides. It took 11 months to fall on with my 2nd so I can totally relate to your frustrations hun, every month I came on I was gutted

As Sarah said the best thing to do is relax hun ( i know easier said than done!) Stress can be a real problem for trying to conceive though hun. It can affect all sorts! As for the mucus. Increased mucus can be a sign of pregnancy, but also other things. If it doesn't sting,itch or smell then i would say it is pretty normal for you hun so don't worry to much about it. All i can say is enjoy the trying. Once or twice a week i think is meant to be best as too often can affect the mans sperm production and therefor make conceiving less likely. Thanks to both of you for your advice!! I really appreciate it!! Im due my period on Tues so its goin to be a long weekend wait!! But if its not to be Im def not goin to stress about it anymore!! I'll start enjoyin TTC again!!Im a bridesmaid in September for my best pal so I was hoping to have had a baby by then rather than a big bump!!! But i have discovered its not that easy is it haha!!! Thanks guysXXX

I was a bridesmaid for my best friend, we were trying before she asked me. She kept saying I'd end up being pregnant at her wedding lol! I ended up having George 2 1/2 weeks before her wedding day

Hi Jaylo, I am new to this site too, joined last week, sounds like I am in a similar situation to you, been TTC for past four/five months and although it has not actually been that long, it feels like forever! I is so annoying that you seem to spend years trying to not get pregnant and panic everytime you miss one pill and then when you trying it doesn't happen! Typical! I am also disappointed every month when I get my period. I am sure it will happen for both of us soon, keep me updated with any tips you have and I will do the same! Take care

Thanks for that!! Yeah sounds like we're in very similar situations!!! I've been with hubby since 16 at school n on the pill!! Every time i missed it was a total panic n now I'm trying so hard nothings happening!!!!AAGGHH!!! Why cant you just take a magic pill for it to happen haha!!!My period is due today n I have had an upset stomach all day. I keep thinking its not period pains, n just my sore tummy but deep down I think I know it's on the way!! just trying to deny the inevitable ha!!Good Luck n fingers crossedXXX
