I don't know where my naughty girl went??

But there's been this other little girl living here that has been on the best behavior lately

She's still got her occasional moments but she's really off of arguing with me about the things she normally would. She goes to bed at bedtime with no fuss or whining, goes right to sleep. She's been keeping her room clean, even with out me asking her to pick her things up . I don't know what's going on but I am liking it for sure!!

On another positive note, not a behavior thing but some of you know that she's still been in a pull up at night (only at night, never during the day!!) because she wasn't being awakened by the sensation of having to go pee pee in the night and was having accidents in the bed and sleeping right through it (probably having to do with her nervous system from being a preemie). For the last couple of weeks she's been waking up dry and I've even heard her get up in the middle of the night a few times to go to the bathroom She's been feeling really good about that herself too!

It will be really nice if I can stop buying pull ups finally!!!

Aww that's fantastic hun. It's amazing how perceptive kids can be. Maybe she has reaslised you have a lot on your plate and has decided not to add to it! As for the pull ups, that is great news Lolly has been waking up dry recently too, i am going to try and train her for night over christmas Nappies/pullups are so expensive so it will help save you some money too hun. Seems like things are definitely on the up again for you hun ! Xx

I bet since Lolly's been waking up dry this will be the trend for her now... that'll be awesome, then only one for you in nappies!!

I'm hoping Lolly has caught on with it for now. I will be able to save myself some pennies with just one lot of nappies now too ! I know it is only one a day for Lolly but it still adds up in the price stakes as you know! I'm so proud of her that she has been doing really well with it. We haven't had any 'accidents' for a month or so now I'm really proud of Aaralyn too, you have a very special little girl there hun You must be soooooo proud and it goes to show what a fantastic mum you are to have such a great LO Xx

Do you have those mats in the states? They are made by pampers and they are those ones that you can put under the sheet or even just so she can lay on that absorb the moisture?

Pampers stay dry mats i think they are my sister used them for Harry when he was training in the day, he used to pee at random so to avoid spots on the chairs she used to sit him on one of those.

Do you think it could be because a certain person in a red suit is due to visit?

Must be something in the air just now, because I took Joseph out of pull ups when he had his nasty infection at easter time and since our holiday in Ocotber I can count on one hand how many times he has been wet (and when he does he now wakes up)

THat is awesome!! Good job Joseph! I guess some of ours just take longer for whatever reasons to "mature" or develop in that night time department Glad he's doing so well!

thats great like... bet she's feeling like a big girl now, waking up during the night if she needs to go or in the morning when the pull up is dry!
