Oh no! I've just found out that you're not supposed to use a hot water bottle while pregnant and I did a few weeks ago, when I was about 8 or 9 weeks. I'm nearly 17 now. But I put it on my bump in bed going to sleep, I used kettle water but it has a fluffy cover on it. Do you think I've done any damage?!!
Yep i was advised to have a hot water bottle for back pain too, and pain during labour. I think the main reason they advise not to use them too hot is because it raises your temperature, which can raise babies temperature. Like the same as not having a really HOT bath while pregnant hun. I very much doubt you have done any damage at all Xx
Awwww, yay. I haven't known anything better, it is absolutely amazing, everytime they do it......well ok, maybe not for the thousanth time at 3am when you are desperate for some sleep, but every other time lol Xx
