As I said today is Day 1 again.
I find it much easier to keep a diary so I can see what I have eaten, and what I can still have if I am hungry. I am foloowing the slimming world diet as it really works for me

Healthy option A- I am allowed 2 of these a day
Healthy Option B- again 2 of these a day
