trying to concieve with polycystic ovaries

hi there new to the site.
well i'm 26 and have a beautiful son who is now 2 and a half(concieved naturally) which happened after 2 m/c but we have been trying ever since to have another but with no luck.
Has anyone got any tips how to get pregnant with this condition??
i have been to docs and gyne but they just say keep trying.

no advice from me either hun as i dont no the problem u have hun i have never experianced anything like it babe but i wish u all the luck in the world i too would love another baby even though i have four and one day may try

I have PCOS. I was two stone over weight and thats what stopped me from ovulating. I lost just half a stone and then my periods came back and in January i found out i was pregnant. I had been trying for nearly two years.

I went to see a second doctor as my first one just kept saying keep trying. As i was only having three periods a year my 2nd doctor was worried.

Keep your chin up hun. I conceived so can you!!

PS are you having problems with ovulating?

I too have PCOS, was diagnosed with it about a month befor conceiving connor.

have been trying for number 2 for well over 2 years but i am very overwieght. I have been put on metformin to regulate my periods and to lose wieght. Just losing a bit can help apparently.

my sister has been diagnosed with pcos last year luckily 4 her she isnt trying for kids x x lots of luck to u hun x

I also have PCOS and I was told because of this and being ovr weight I would probably need some help to conceive, so by that I dint think more about it really and then 4 years later it just happened, along came Joshy.My only advice is to eat a healthy diet, and practice loads take the presuure of yourselvs and then it will usually just happen!! take care hun and Im around to chat any time xx kel
