Vic bugged us for ages that he wanted to do karate so we enroled him last week. When the enrolment officer filled in the paper work he started telling me how good it is for you yada,yada....
So i got conned into going as well and i loved it .So every thursday night Vic and i have karate lessons i was soooo sore the next day in places i didnt know muscles existed. lol
Justin is coming along this week as well so we will see how we all pull up the next day. Shocked
Im going to try and stick to it.There is a lady in our class that was morbidly obese a year ago and she looks fantastic. She is doing it just for the fitness not for the grading and belts she has really inspired me.So im on the go now with gym three times a week and karate 1 night a week i hope i get fit soon.

I fancy doing something like this, but I just cannot make something on regular basis, especially as most lessons seem to be mid-week. Only going two weeks out of four or five would probably be a waste of time.

I know what you mean.I think if i missed more than two lessons i would probably forget everything i have learnt.
Im just doing it more for fun, fitness and spending an hour and a half with my little man rather than getting serious and turning pro(not that it would ever happen lol).

I'd be doing it for fitness and also to try to meet some people.

Joseph has been going to karate for a few weeks now and he loves it, I am tempted to join up myself and help the weight loss a bit

I highly recommend it hun,i dont think i have ever sweat so much (and that is just while we are warming up lol).My sensei said it doesn't take long to see results as you are doing cardio and toning in each lesson.Vic thinks its so funny that im also in his class but he tells me its cool and he enjoys our special time.
Glad Joseph is also enjoying his karate Very happy
