Back ache could just be the aches and pains that come with pregnancy. If you are worried get in touch with your mw and get her to check you over x

it could be pregnancy aches and pains. At 6mths (Im think thats what you are) you could be getting strong braxton hicks but if you are worried speak to your MW

If youare worried hun i would definitely go back and see your midwife but it could just be strongish Braxton Hicks accompanied with normal pregnancy aches and pains. I never had any with DD but with DS i had loads and towards the end they were getting really strong. If i was out i would have to stop until it had passed sometimes? Suspect But they were different from labour contractions although they were sort of painful it was a different sort of pain, more really uncomfortable? Sorry hun, it is so difficult to explain. But try not to worry too much or you will notice every little twinge and panic again! Hope goes ok from now on hun Kiss Xx
