Another SW fan here!
I'll be straight back on the plan next March after bubs arrives - i wanted to still do it through pg but have been off all food i usually love and it's made it very hard!
I love red days and green days but i agree with Alex you do need to mix days, otherwise i find aswell that your weightloss slows down!
My tips are too make sure you don't overdo your A and B choices, if you do count then as syns. Don't save your syns and start the next day fresh.
I also find a meal planner helps - especailly if you find yourself eating the same things, and i love Hifi Bars i would save a B Choice on many days so could have one at night with a cuppa instead of a bar of choc or biccies!
I love SW Chips, Quiche and home-made burgers, even Mark likes them!
I lost just over 1 stone and a hlaf this year before my jollies but then found out i was pg!
