I think it is possible hun, but i am pretty sure the fathers would have to give consent? Almost certainly for the 3 of them who have fathers with parental responsibility hun! Xx

All the fathers need to give consent for the names to be changed.

I don't know much about the adoption thing but as for the name changing the children themselves get to choose that. I know because my friend and his brother have seperate sur-names. This is because his older brother chose to keep his sur-name from their biological father, but the younger one-my friend, chose to change his name to his step dad's surname as he felt he was more of a dad to him than his real dad.

Do your children all want to change their names? and would it bother you if some changed their names and others didn't? because they may not all agree on this.

hi yes we have spoken to all of them and they all want to change their names to my partners my older 2 are no lucky if they hear from their dad once every 2 weeks they have seen him twice since august and my 2 girls only see their dad on a sunday no phone calls no nothing weektime . they all seem to agree because of the problems with their own fathers that they regard my partner as their dad i just not sure where they stand on name changing etc
