Maternity cushions

What ways have you found for using these during pregnancy, it's only a small v shaped one

I still use mine and Jospeh is 5.

I found it handy at night for sleeping on as I like to sleep on my belly,

I wondered about sleepin on my belly as at the moment its one of the only ways i can get comfortable but i was given the cushion so didnt have any pictures of various ways to use it

it is good for proping you up aswell. And after baby is born is good to use to help with breastfeeding if you want to do it.

Thanks, just really didnt have a clue its been sat in the bedroom since i had it as not known anyone to use them so not seen how to, my Sister in law used to wedge her one under her leg, under her bump and onto her shoulder when laying on her side but as mine is the small version it only gets as far as the belly so didnt work for that
