hi, I've had the runs for almost a week now! Don't feel poorly and I ate loads of eggs and cheese and everything that's supposed to help and it worked (kinda) for a day then when I just ate normally again it's got worse. Can't think that it'll be good for the baby as won't it miss out on nutrients? I wish I could just take immodium or something!! Everyone seems to get constipation when pregnant but I'm totally the opposite! What do I do!!!

With my first I had an upset tummy often, I wasn't actually ill just that when I went to the loo it was not solid. Especially during the first 3 months when I had my morning sickness I also had an upset tummy every morning. It may be like morning sickness Suspect hormone changes etc Suspect if you don't feel ill it may be ok and the baby will get nutrients, it'll be you that will suffer if anyone as the baby gets the goodness first and leaves you with the rest.

just keep an eye on things. Baby will get all the goodness before you.

bananas are good for firming you up.

I have to agree with the others hun. The baby will get all it needs from you, so don't worry about the baby not getting enough nutrients. bananas are definitely goof for it, as alex says, also plain boiled rice is good. I also got an upset tummy without being ill occasionally in pregnancy. If it doesn't stop in another day or so, i would tell the gp or midwife. They may be able to recommend or prescribe you with something? Stress won't help it though hun, so try not to panic, hope it gets better soon hun Kiss Xx
