Lol. i had the same trouble when i was pregnant earlier this year. i was advised to have lots of fresh fruit, water, maybe prune juice. Give them ago hun, they worked for me.
Lots of water and try prune juice - it really does work! I have had the same problem intermittently throughout my pregnancy along with the joy of piles.
It might sound daft, but sometimes when the feeling goes away you just need to sit there and relax for a while and it does come back. Take a magazine in the loo with you like men do
I can only reiterate what has already been said hun. Lots of water, fruit and prune juice (or tinned prunes themselves)fibre to, like brown bread and cereal etc. It is such a common complaint in early pregnancy hun so try not to worry about it! As for the wind spicy food and garlic and green veg like cabbage and pulses add to the wind problem so if you are eating a lot cut back a tad? Sorry couldn't be much help Xx
