Get out there and Walk!!

Ok, I'm gettin really happy now! I've had 4 different people ask me so far this week what I've done to lose weight!! Clapping

I haven't realized I've lost any because I don't have a scale or a full length mirror to see results in however I do notice some of my pants that were a little tight are now fitting me comfortably!

Since I moved, I've been walking about 4 miles a day and even Mikey said my legs are getting toner Very Happy .

I don't get all sleepy in the afternoons at work now with my morning walk. The one day I didn't walk in when Aaralyn was sick last week and Mike brought me to work, I was exausted all day with out my morning walk. So, yay! let's hope I keep losing weight and continue to get in a healthier shape!

Thanks Alex, I've always heard that walking is one of the best excersizes and now I agree with results to prove it!

The walk is pretty easy and really nice too, I'm walking by the water for most of the way in. The toughest part is a bridge that I walk over which is a draw bridge and it's a little steep at it's peak, other than that it's a pretty flat walk. Maybe by my high school reunion I'll be looking like I did in high school again (I wish!!!! Rolling Eyes )
