I haven't realized I've lost any because I don't have a scale or a full length mirror to see results in however I do notice some of my pants that were a little tight are now fitting me comfortably!
Since I moved, I've been walking about 4 miles a day and even Mikey said my legs are getting toner
I don't get all sleepy in the afternoons at work now with my morning walk. The one day I didn't walk in when Aaralyn was sick last week and Mike brought me to work, I was exausted all day with out my morning walk. So, yay! let's hope I keep losing weight and continue to get in a healthier shape!
