They have done something funky to angel delight!

I bought some today because 1. the chocolate one was down to 17p in ASDA and 2. its been yeeeeeeears since i had it

But when i made it - it was different, you just whisk it into half a pint of milk and it sets in 5 minutes! I remember the torture as a child of knowing there was Angel Delight in the fridge but having to wait for it to set

And not only that now you DON'T even have to put it in the fridge !!

It just sets ...in 5 mins ....no fridge


It's possible that everyone else already knows this and has known it for years but i find that quite mad

I knew that Razz I used to use it as a quick pud for Joseph when he was a baby.

i hate angel delight, my nanna used to torture me with it when i was a kid and i still hate it now.

as far as im concerned it can stay in Asdas!!!! Halo

Glad you found it though, makes a nice change from yoghurt

Lol yep hun, i already knew this too. I had a craving for the banana one when i was pregnant. I have to confess though i did it the same as i always had when i was a child and still refridgerated it for at least an hour! lol Didn't seem the same to me else?. . . how sad am i! lol Embarassed

i had jelly and fruit for the 1st time for ages, that reminded me of my Nanna too

oooo i have some of that in the cupboard.....dont think i have much milk tho.........dont know if it will be in date....hhmmmmm!

My lot love angel delight, but I had to stop buying it as we went through so much milk it was costing a fortune! Crying
