isnt going too well tonight. I am bored and all I am doing is eating- you should all be on here posting lots and giving me something to do. Im going to hold you all responsible when I get weight on Tuesday and I have put on weight Razz

Try chopping up some carrots and then eating those when you get in one of those moods. One of your five a day and tasty too!!

I am yoyoing a bit at the moment, 1lb off and 1lb on. I find I am nibbliong more because I am stressing and doing reports. I am making an effort to get back on track (again) fed up yoyoing

How about trying to eat more speed foods or super speed foods??

that always helped me - even just something simple like having honeydew melon and berries after brekkie or lunch everyday? Suspect

Try not to worry, it will start boosting again soon... Very happy

I would have to agree with burnthefat, I think motivation and goals are key to your success! How about finding a picture of when you felt really great and sticking it on your fridge... or sign up to a fun run or some other fitness event with a friend and motivate each other?
