Things to bring on labour

I know there are some tales about what to do to bring on labour and I can't recall all of them. I know one or two worked for one of the girls from my NCT class recently though

Ones I can remember are:

Sex
Orgasm (kinda part of the above really LOL)
Hot, spicy food
Pineapple
Nipple tweeking

There were some more but I can't for the life of me think what they are. Can anyone shed any light on things to try?

Not planning to just yet but may do in a couple of weeks if she's not arrived

Thats about as much as i can remember hun, apart from walking lots and drinking raspberry leaf tea can help prepare your uterus for labour. I think it can help make the contractions work well? Can't remember for sure but i know it isn't recommended before 34weeks. If i think of anything else i will post again Xx

i understand that the pineapple thing really works, i dont know how or why but i have it on good authority that it works, sex is good apprently semen starts the contractions and a long walk worked for me, gemma was bornt he follwing day!

sex doggy style works very well. my friend was over due did the deed and baby came nxt day. i did the deed day before xmas eve and labour started xmas eve. i had curry a few days before 2.

I ate 3 whole fresh pineapples over the weekend I was overdue and George was born on the Monday...I'm a bit of sceptic to these but I tried them all anyway hehe

Nothing worked for me.

I tried anything I could (and had my mum drive very fast over hunpy bridges- you know the ones where you feel like you have left your stomach behind!!!)

Hay rides???? Do you guys have them in the fall there?? I had an exboyfriend who's ex wife was over due with their baby and it was around Halloween time.... he took her on a hay ride to go pick out some pumpkins and she went into labor right there on the ride!!

nothin worked for me and i tried the raspberry tea aswell.
we even one night tried them all in one night but it might work for you hun x
