How old Were you when....

you had your first baby! I so desperately want to start trying for a baby, both my fiance and i have good stable jobs, our own home etc but my fiance thinks im too young (im 24, 25 in march) and he is 27, 28 in Feb! I feel ready to be a mum, its all i think about, we have talked about it and he does want children but he just thinks we should wait a few more years???

I was pregnant at 17 and had my daughter at 18 and im now 20 and 6 weeks pregnant with our 2nd

you ain't a teen, right? Why do people think early and mid twenties are soooo young. I had Candra at 17. i'd say we are doing good.
Maybe he's the one that's not ready to be dad. Guys usually aren't ready to have kids till they are in their 30's or 40's. But most women can't wait that long.

i fell pregnant and gave birth whilst i was 21 fell pregnant a month after my 21st and gave birth 2 months before my 22

I was 25 when i got pregnant the first time i was 26 when i had my DS.This time i got pregnant at 29 had my DS at 30.We also own our own home but it was me that was scared to take that step of not only having a child but my abilities to raise one .My DH is a bit older than me so we didnt want to wait to long.

I had Joseph at 23.

i was pregnant at 18 had DD 3days after my 19th. then had my DS when i was 21. my oh is 7years older than me tho and already has a son.

I had Jas when I was 32 (actually 5 days before I was 33 ) and am pregnant again now at 42 (closing in on 43 fast ).

Alisa fell at 17yrs birth +at 18yrs

Twins fell at 19 birth at 20

I had Aaralyn when I was exactly 33 1/2

I was 26 when i got pregnant with my DD 27 when i gave birth. I was 28 when i got pregnant with my DS and 29 when i gave birth. My DF is a fair bit older than me though. Xx

I was 18 when I had my first daughter and 27 when I had my second. I have to say that if I could do my time again and I would not give Ana up for anything. But I think I would have waited until at least 27 to start a family.

I was 21, hubby was 28. I took to motherhood quite well quite quickly and really didn't miss my old life (just my old figure lol). I had my second at 24 and then went through abit of a hard time within myself feeling really trapped and overwhelmed by it all. But I think this was a combination of being SOOO tired and the fact that I suffer with depression anyway (not post natal). But right now (just turned 27 last week and wanting to have another baby) I feel the most settled I have in my entire life and I'm glad with the choices I've made. I don't know if this helps atall or if I'm just rambling lol but I think you get to a point in yourself where you HAVE TO HAVE A BABY. When you're gut instinct is to get pregnant and you can't not have a baby. When you feel like that, go for it.

Had James when I was 20, Gemma when I was 26 and I am pregnant with Baby 3 now and will be 32 next month.

Thanks everyone, i just cant stop thinking about it, all i think about is having a baby, im always browsing on here and other forums reading everything about pregnancy and labour lol im getting quite obsessed by it all...
