Dehydrated all the time

I don't know why but I'm going back into a phase of dehydration again. I can drink pints and pints of cordial/water during the day and still need about 2 pints at night as my mouth is so dry when I wake up (which is frequently at the moment Sad Face ).

I've tried all different thirst quenchers to try and stop the overnight dehydration particularly. Anyone recommend anything I could try for? Of course, along with the drinking constantly comes the sitting on the loo constantly Cuckoo I just can't seem to hold that liquid in Embarassed

Forgot to mention, I did speak to MW about this and it is common apparently as you sweat more (not always visibly though) during pregnancy. The other side effect of all this is headaches which are a real pain Sad Face

water is good. i used to always crave very juicy fruit when I was pregnant. I would blow at least $80 - $90 a month on pink grapefruit, strawberries and watermelon, etc. It helped a little.

Popcicles and freezepops!!!! Do you guys have the kind of freeze pops that come in the long and skinny plastic "pouches" as liquid and then you freeze them when you get home??? I loved!!!! those when I was pregnant. Like you, I was thirsty all the time!

I used to get dehydrated alot while pregnant,i also loved ice blocks.Try freezing some water with a bit of lemon juice in it or chunks of fruit in them you can buy the ice block containers they are quite cheap.Or just use your ice cube trays. Then just munch on them as you please.
