This happened in Canada and it wasn't the first time. There is quite the contreversy surrounding the issue because the aboriginal leaders are calling it an attack on first nations people. Here are a few different news videos from youtube.

So is this the new "revelutionary" piece of equipement the old bill carry round with them so they can "take down suspects or criminals without any lasting damage"?

If so then I was waiting for something like this to happen, they call it a tazer GUN yes? Gun says it all really does it not?
