I bought one and want to know what sort of exercises I can do, I googled it but not coming up with much!!!!Need something to tone my belly up and lose the love handles lol.
Start jumping and then do some waist twists. Keep your upper body straight and twist your hips from side to side as you jump. You can also try jumping and then fall on you rback as you land and then jump back onto your feet when you come back up. Keep doing it and see how long you can keep it up.
