back pain and abdominal pain advice

hi, I would appreciate some advice as I haven't been able t see the doctor over the bank holiday. I found out I was pregnant with my first baby 2 days ago (3 positive tests!) and I'm not due on for another 2 days yet so I'm really early. Since I found out, I've had constant lower back pain and pain in my pelvis. It feels like really heavy tired muscles and right in the middle, not to either side. Like a dull achey pain.
Does anyone know what this is and do I need to worry or do anything? All answers greatly received!!
Thanks!

It's common to feel period-like pains in early pregnancy, it's your womb 'adjusting' I think! I was like this last weekend, I found out last sunday when I was a day late- had a lot of back pain but that has receeded over the week. My abdomen plays up a bit too sometimes, usually if I have been sat down for a while it will ache for a little while when I stand up- and when walking upstairs. Don't worry Kiss

Congratulations Very happy

(You'll be due the week after me then!)
