I just cant controll my self i cant stop eating.I will be eating dinner and thinking of dessert and while i am eating that i will be thinking of what else i have in the pantry to eat later on
I have no self controll at all and as i am inside all day i just keep grazing on BAD FOODS.
I even sneak in a biscuit or chocolate while i am heating up Sams bottle in the early hours of the morning and if i dont eat something when i want it my tummy really grumbles as if its empty.
I hope this will all change once i start my gym work outs????
