welcome to JP and congratulations on your pregnancy.

I was really sick when I was pregnant (until I was 20 weeks) Mine lasted all day but I had the no energy feeling most days aswell. You have to eat even if you are going to be sick, it will help keep your energy up, drink plenty aswell. If you do start being sick ginger is good for settling your stomach. If you still feel yuk contact your GP or MW (if you have 1 yet) because you might be anemic.

I was very tired when I was pregnant and it is very normal in the first trimester hun. i needed at least 12 hrs a night and by lunch time I could have easily put my head on the desk at work and slept lol.

i was actually only sick a handful of times with my first, I was more off my food and felt nueasous (sp) and had terrific tiredness. It stopped at 14 weeks for me.

That sounds about normal for some pregnancies around that time. I was really lucky and didn't have "morning sickness" alot but there were a few days I felt constantly nausiated.

Welcome to JP BTW, I'm Tammy, mom to 5 yr old Aaralyn. Congrats on your pregnancy! Very happy Baby

I had bad morning sickness from around week 9 until 17 - actually, it was all day sickness Sad Face

I found I had very little energy and was very tired. As others have said, try to eat even a little and often. I used to find having a couple of ginger biscuits in the morning helped and snacking on some fruit or yoghurt mid-morning and mid-afternoon. I used to feel worse if I didn't eat and you need to keep your strength up.

I hope it goes away soon for you. I know it's a really draining feeling.

Good luck Kiss
