back on the wagon.
I have done nothing but eat for weeks and I feel really tired and bloated for it

I did so well last year and at the start of this year so I know I can do it. Im a stone heavier than what I was at my lighest last October but still 2 1/2 stone lighter than my heaviest. I really would like to loose 2-3 stone before Oct and if I really try I don't think it is an unrealistic target.
