So i've heard (although I never tried it myself) the muscus should be 'stretchy' and 'elasticy' you are supposed to test it by the 'texture' by putting it between you thumb and finger and it should stretch out....now I'm not sure how many people swear by it becuase i think they were probably grossed out lol, just as I was hehe!

Good luck TTC hope it happens for you soon x

Hiya

I've read that your CM should be stretchy like egg white in consistency around the time that you are ovulating.

Hope this helps
Good Luck xXx

I get that when I am ovulating but I pay attention for the opposite reasons... we are NOT TTCing, trying to prevent that actually Shocked but I can't take oral contraceptives so we try to be careful with our timing.

I think I am different in that I start to ovulate usually about 1-3 days after my period ends and I get cramps in my ovaries and the clear mucousy stuff so I know when I am... do you get any other symptoms of ovulation? Maybe you should keep an eye and feel out for the symptoms instead of the timing because you may be off when you think you're ovulating (hope that made sense?)

Good luck hun, I hope you conceive very soon!! Smile
