Have you tried local honey apparently its ment to help??

I have it slightly but not as bad as alot of my friends

i dont like honey but you can get antihistimines on the NHS from the sr if you dont pay for prescriptions then it works out cheaper, if not try superdrug, they sell them right cheap and they are just as good as the big brand names

I have heard local homey is meant to help but I hate the stuff- yuk

I have taken my antihistamine today- my nasal spary twice and my eye drops and it hasnt help.

Doesnt help the oil seed rape is back with a vengance this year, it is EVERYWHERE

Ah hun, my hubby really suffers badly with it too. He's allergic to grass pollen mainly but has been suffering since the begining if May.

He tried some sort of herbal tablets because the normal hay fever and allergy tablets make him moody, but they dont seem to have worked as well this year.

Hope it doesn't last too long hun and you feel better soon Kiss
