Was just looking through the money saving parents tips!

It occurred to me, that with so many parents in one place, there is likely to always be someone needing what their own children have outgrown.

Obviously not everyone wants second hand clothes, but I do! lol

Any thoughts?

- My blog
I would suggest inviting members to bring clean out grown clothes to a meet up for swapping. Keep it simple, and friendly so that all near enough feel welcome.

I just found a family near me with two little girls who are growing in to the sizes my daughter is outgrowing.

I love getting used clothes for my kids. It helps so much!

It's a great idea! My DS has been given loads of clothes from my Aunt who's son has grown out of...unfortunately he is only 6 months older which means they are all winter clothes and it is now coming up to summer! Wink

i've got loads of clothes too that Freddie has grown out of, but i can't bear to part with them. i've boxed them all up to keep, not sure how long for though. how sentimental! We see lots of adds in our local paper for outgrown clothes 50p per item. you do do that i suppose or a car boot sale.
