my 12 week scan

had my 12 week scan on 9th april - it was pretty quick and basic! was straight in and out! they never really checked bump over - didnt even zoom in! just got bump up on the screen - showed me there was a heartbeat and sent me on my way! had to pay a fiver for the pic too!! baby is lying on the opposite side to how ethan was (old wifes say sides predict sex - so if thats true this ones a girl!).i have no 'feeling' to what i could be having! with ethan i new from the start he was a boy! this one i just dont know! im hoping a boy as we have everything for a boy and have spent way too much money on our house to move if its a girl lol! but i wouldnt really mind either way! anyways... heres the pic - bump is due 28th october...

found it was like that at my second dating scan too, felt a bit like herded cattle tbh. Made me decide to have a homebirth lol

yeh we are trying to get ethan as involved as we can so hes not left out.if i ask him where baby is he points to my belly,il ask him give baby a kiss and he kisses my belly! hehe! he also pokes his finger in my belly button - i think he thinks its access to baby! we have also brort him this as a present off baby when its born - http://www.woolworths.co.uk/web/jsp/product/index.jsp?pid=50716790 stops him messing with daddys tools when hes trying do something! as ethan is diy mad! haha!

ya think!? i dont mind if it is a girl - with ethan i knew he was a boy before i found out - but this one i just cant make out! but how its on the opposite side to ethan - that could mean its opposite sex too! i seem to be craving all the things i did with ethan tho! i just ate half a tub of ice cream to myself something i couldnt get enought of with ethan!! lol! so im oo'ing and err'ing now at what bump is!! is anyone psychic or anything lol!!

Aaralyn is LOL!! I'll ask her.. one morning around the due date of my friend Kristen's baby Maddy, Aaralyn was 3 and she put her hand on my tummy and said "Mommy, you're having a baby today" I was like UH AH!! well I called my friend Kristen's cell phone to warn her she was probably going in soon and she informed me she had her that morning and hadn't gotten to call every one yet ...
