I have started slimming world again but feel so much more motivated this time.
At weight in last week (1st week since starting to food optimise again) I had lost 6 1/2lbs
Had a really good week this week (better than last- so far) I even left coleslaw on my plate yesterday when I was out for lunch as I know it has a HIGH syn value, and I didn't have a cake- so unlike me
for brekkie today I have had
3 Quorn sausages (not a bad as I remember them to be)-free
beans-free
tomatoes-free
mushrooms-free
2 fried eggs (dry fried)-free
and 2 slices of tosst (Health option B)
