Just about to have pizza and wine!(just getting rid of any 'bad' foods we have left)!! However i've been busy all week and the food in the canteen at work has been ***t! No matter how you were trying to eat healthily/diet you just couldn't!!
So we've been shopping and from tomorrow i've done a meal plan for the rest of the week! Everyday i'm eating something completley different for lunch and dinner and there is so much variety i cannot wait to start!
I've not put any weight on and have lost about 3lbs in the last fortnight (which is rubbish for me) in the first two weeks i usually lose well over half a stone! But i've had to much wine and canteen rubbish!!!
So from tomorrow wish me luck (again)
