I've been sooo bad!! New Start from Tomorrow

I really, really have! Tounge Out

Just about to have pizza and wine!(just getting rid of any 'bad' foods we have left)!! However i've been busy all week and the food in the canteen at work has been ***t! No matter how you were trying to eat healthily/diet you just couldn't!! Crying

So we've been shopping and from tomorrow i've done a meal plan for the rest of the week! Everyday i'm eating something completley different for lunch and dinner and there is so much variety i cannot wait to start! Very happy

I've not put any weight on and have lost about 3lbs in the last fortnight (which is rubbish for me) in the first two weeks i usually lose well over half a stone! But i've had to much wine and canteen rubbish!!!

So from tomorrow wish me luck (again)

Hey, if ya haven't put on any and only lost then you're still doing great!! Very happy but good luck with your fresh start too!

I know how you feel. I don't feel like yesterday and today were very good days for me.

yesterday I had:
toast and light dairylea for brekkie

some ham, beef, cheese, quiche, mini sausages, a spoonful of coleslaw and pot salad and a bit french stick for Lunch

had grapes and a little flap jack in the afternoon

chilli and rice for tea

and 6 water biscuits and cheese


today

an egg mayo roll with salad

some(well about 8 roses chocolates)

6 water biscuits and cheese

a choc biscuit

a digestive


roast beef, rst tatties and a plate of Veg

and some fat free strawberry yoghurt

I have had the munchies today
I have highloghted the bad things I am not allowed with slimming world in red- not doing so well am I (and tomorrow is weight in
Embarassed )

Okay then Alex we will help each other as i am following SW! Although not attending class as i cannot - grrrrr!

Anyways fingers crossed for you here!!!

Today:

Special K Bliss (healthy extra), Cup of Tea

Batchelors Cheese and Broccoli Pasta n Sauce, with sweetcorn and petit pois mixed in, followed by Peach Danone Activia Yoghurt (fat free one)

Cherries and a Green Tea mid afternoon

Dinner is Half a Butternut Squash and Aubergine roasted stuffed with Tuna, Onion and Mushrooms extra light hellmans mayo and topped with cheese (healthy extra)

I bought some Go-ahead thingies just got to work out their syn value

How have you done today sweetie?

Are water biscuits okay on SW then????? Or are they syns??

I'm just about to get tomorrows plan together! Does it sound okay??
I'm having:

2 weetabix and semi skimmed milk for brekkie! Taking a banana to work to have mid-morning. (as i sart at 06.30) Shocked

Lunch is a wholemeal roll filled with prawns and some sun dried tomato and olive chutney (1 syn). Followed by an activia yoghurt and some cherries and grapes.

Dinner is Pork Chop, Swede and Carrot Mashed together, Leeks and Broccoli with Gravy (syns)

Then i'll have a go-ahead thngy later on and a cuppa...

Hmmmn we were told so different!!!! Wink

I went by a 15 syn rule and lost 2.5 stone in just over 2 months Very happy

That was before i had DD!

I never thought i could stick to a meal plan either - i do change a few things here and there mind...

water biscuits are 1 syn each. Very happy Very happy

We are told 10syns each but we can have up to 15 if we want.

I actually lost tonight 6 1/2lbs Very happy

I forgot to take Pork Chops out for Dinner this evening Cuckoo - SO we're having Spag Bol and wholewheat spaghetti (using 4 syns for ragu sauce as i have no tinned toms and i always usually make my own sauce but we have ragu sauce in as DP bought them as they were only 50p - PMSL)

And i didn't have time for Brekkie this morning so just had yoghurt - so i have a healthy extra to play with Very happy

I had what i put yesterday for my lunch and was actually pretty full! Plus io really enjoeyed it, especailly as the food in the canteen was rubbish and everyone was putting it in the bin....

I have just had 2 brown rolls (2 healthy extras) as everything else I have had today has been free food so I still had them to play with (had no A healthy extras today though) And no syns today either Very happy

Well done sweetie! I always have tinned tomatoes in aswell! But i've used them all this week for pasta dishes lol!

Today we are having lots of grilled bacon with fat removed and mushrooms in wholemeal roll for brekkie

Lunch: Pork Chop, mashed swede and carrot, broccoli, leeks and gravy (as i am late duty manager this evening so i can only have pack up or yucky canteen food)

And for pack-up i have no idea...... I was taking salad but i appear to have no lettuce Wink So i might use my second healthy extra b for another roll and have salmon and cucumber followed by lots of fruit.....

I'll update thsi later with what i have...

OKay so i had tinned red salmon and cucumber in a wholemeal roll, followed by Mango and Honeydew Melon slices at about 6pm.

I've bought a go-ahead thingy which is 3.5 syns so gonna have that in the back office in a sec!

I've opted to do the early tomorrow - so gonna have a quick turnaround tonight.So i won't be tempted to snack.

Gonna have some Special K for brekkie in the morning and take a sandiwch and fruit for lunch. Then i can do pasta for dinner as Mark is away tomorrow night....

Friday 18th January

Well it's my payday and i must say we would usually be drinking and having a take-away etc but Mark is away this evening and i've refrained from buying wine!

For brekkie this am i had a Danone Yoghurt

Lunch: Wholemeal roll (healthy b), cheese (healthy a), tomato and olive chutney (1 syn)

Dinner: Qourn Sausages, Mashed Potato and Beans

so that's one healthy extra and syns to play with!!!

Well DP had a problem with the car last night and ended up coming home with WINE!!!!!! Mad Cuckoo Teeth oh and a packet of cheesy doritos (only a small bag though)

However i have weighed myself this morning and am now 7.5lbs lighter!!! Very happy Very happy Very happy

However i really need new scales.....

Off shopping this afternoon for my second Slimming World week....

I started my diet on 2nd Jan, lost 7lbs in 1st week then 4lb 2nd week- down to 10st 13lb now- was going to gym 3 times a week but have pulled a ligament in left ankle so had to take it easy but still lost 3lb thru diet. Wanna go swimming but doc advised against it for a week or so- bugging me as really want to go!!!

Have stuck to diet religiously, even when tempted by choc cake at italian restaurant for my Mum's birthday last Sat. Allowing myself cadbury choc finger if desperate! Been watching Jamie Oliver,etc and gonna try his low-cal v quick tom sauce for pasta at some point this week- 45 seconds...we'll see!!
