Bit of an embarassing question (TMI)

Not quite sure how to put this, lol, but... I have recently started tracking my CM and the options I have on the graph I'm using is E = Eggwhite, C = Creamy and S = Sticky. I know what E and C is meant to look like but what is meant to be S? Also, can you have a mixture of 2? For example C and E? I have read that you only get E when you are due to ovulate and to be careful not to mistake it for your fellas baby gravy if you have BD.

Lol hun, I assume by this you mean your discharge???? TBH I have an unfotunate heavy one anyway so I wouldn't have a clue. A friend once said when she was trying that she read a book which told you to literally get the discharge between your thumb and index finger and if it is stretchy you are ovulating or something lol! I never asked her if she had tried it...I didn't want to know tbh! Good luck x

this may be too TMI but... to tell your most fertile time, stick a finger 'in' then pinch your pointy finger and thumb and the strechiness of the discharge dtermines your fertility - if its like slime/glue strechy... your at ur most fertile
