Does anyone else ever feel overwhelmed?

At the mo I am just feeling really overwhelmed. I am 19weeks 2/7 and am going through a stage of OMG Crying followed by Very happy then Shocked .

Last June I had an op where I lost an ovary and a fallopian tube on opposite sides; my consultant warned me that I probably would struggle to get pregnant and that to go back to him if after 2 years we had no joy. Then July we moved house, September we got a dog then in Oct found that in fact we had been blessed. Beanie as we call our bump is due 1st June this year and I just can't believe how things have changed in the last 12 months. I am 34 and hubby is 36 and we are both happy Very happy Very happy Kiss but just keep feeling overwhelmed.
