I lost some of my pregnancy weight from baby number 2, who is now 20 months old, but was then stuck at 10 stone for months regardless of my exercising. I'm 5'8" so I'm not big but I have my ambitions for my body like we all do! Well the week before Christmas I discovered I had gone down to 9 stone 6 lbs which I was well chuffed about as that had been in my own mind my target weight. I weighed 9 stone 9lbs last week but that was following 2 weeks of sitting at home stuffing chocolate and missing out on walking to school twice a day. I am still not toned atall though and now I've got this far I am aiming to get down to between 9 stone and 9 stone 4 lbs PLUS lots of toning on my belly/hip area. So I'll be checking in here when I'm having ups and downs with my body. Why do we all torture ourselves about these things aye? But hey here we go...
My main target is to achieve the weight loss and toning by June so I'll be able to show my figure off for the summer months.
