PMSL - Cannot help really hun as i am allergic to an ingredient in the pill and implant. The depo injection seems to work for a number of people (but i really didn't like it, gave me lots of after effects and i fell pg with DD whilst on it - even after 4 years of taking it).

Have you thought about the coil or pill patch?

Wish my oh would but he's a chicken.

I was told that you can have a coil which stops your period but it was an called an IUD or something like that, as it's not exactly the same as the coil. It releases hormones and last for about 5 years. I was going to get it after having George but oh said we'd use the rubber ronnies as I go a bit funny (as in pyscho axe murderer) on the pill and I think he thought this may be the same. Only thing is the ronnies cost a small fortune, I have to mutter to myself 'cheaper than kids' to myself at the till LMAO!!!

My SIL has this and she said its the only contraceptive that agrees with her but we are all different, she sometimes gets a slight pink tinge once every few months but not a period. Suspect

I also have been looking into the coil,im thinking that after the birth of our next baby i will get it as my DH is still unsure about getting "fixed"lol. We both are sure we dont want more than two children (at the moment lol)so we dont want to go to permanent.I guess if it doesnt agree with your body you can always get it removed.
