School dinner or packed lunch

Eloise had school dinners through winter but in summer she has a packed lunch, as when its worm her school let them eat pack lunch out side on grass

She hates school dinners and is always nattering to go back on packed lunch, but I like to know she has had a proper meal

mine are always naggin me for school dinners as they have packed lunch, but knowin them they wont eat it coz they are so fussy

The school dinners up here ar great since they intriduced the hungry for success menu! I think when Joseph gets to that stage he will go school dinners but they have a hot and cold option everyday so he can decide. Although in the winter I think it is nice for them to have something hot at lunch time!

My two will be having school dinners when they go. Think its great that they can get a hot balanced meal.

Although will end up costing me loads.

whatever my kids want to have when the time comes is fine by me my school dinner were always nice enough and even really healthy by the time i got to secondary and as alex says they have improved even more up here since then so i wont mind as long as they are eating something

Charlotte goes to my work place atm which is a private day nursery for the NHS - but we serve hospital meals to the children! but ive got to say they are nicer then what i had at school! they are paying a lot out for the meals we are getting!
But when she goes to school i would prefer charlotte to have a school dinner but its up to her - purely bcoz i think a school dinner can be that more filling for a child for a long day til they get home!

mine doent go to school yet, but it will be cheaper to have a packed lunch
